coffee for breakfast (no time to eat!)
something light for lunch (trying to “be good”)
A protein bar (because, protein, but saving calories)....
…and no real meal until dinner.
Now you’re finally home, you have your edible or puff and can relax …and your body goes:
“I’m hungry.” “What else is there to eat?” “Nothing is hitting the spot”
Here’s what’s really happening:
Cannabis isn’t making you overeat, underfueling all day is.
Cannabis just makes it harder to ignore.
